Dataseat’s co-founder David Philippson was among the first to predict the deprecation of IDFA and build a future-proof mobile DSP relying on contextual signals for targeting. Dataseat became the pioneer in relying on privacy first targeting and attribution for mobile UA and the longest standing expert in Apple SKAd Network.
Acquisition by Verve Group
In 2022 Dataseat was acquired by MGI and became part of the Verve Group adtech ecosystem, enabling cross-business and cross-tech collaborations across MGI-owned SSPs, DSPs, data and gaming businesses for driving better client outcomes.
Dataseat closed seed funding in December 2019, raising $3.7m from Play Ventures, Backed.vc and SAATCHiNVEST.
